How do I start a promotion?
Sign in with TikTok, pick one of your public videos, choose a goal and a budget from $30, and pay once. Then approve the ad with a Spark Ads code from the TikTok app.
Where do I find my Spark Ads code?
In the TikTok app, open the video from your profile and tap the three dots. Swipe to Ad settings and turn on Ad authorization, choose 60 days, tap Authorize and then Save. Tap Video code, then Copy code. Your account needs to be a Creator or Business account.
Do you need my TikTok password?
No. You sign in with TikTok and approve the ad with a Spark Ads code. Viryze never asks for your password.
What happens if TikTok rejects my video?
TikTok reviews every ad before it runs. If your video isn't approved for advertising, you get a full refund of the budget that wasn't spent.
How do refunds work?
If your first promotion's views or followers come in at least 50% below our published estimate, ask within 7 days of it finishing and we'll refund it, up to $50. To ask, email support@viryze.com with "Refund Request" in the subject, your promotion ID and your account email. The refund policy has the full terms.
What happens to budget that is not spent?
It goes back to your Viryze wallet when a promotion ends, and you can use it on your next promotion.
Where do I see my results?
In your dashboard. It shows views, followers and spend for each promotion, while it runs and after it ends.
Do you work with businesses or just creators?
Both. Creators, musicians, local businesses, restaurants and real estate agents use Viryze to reach real people on TikTok.
