First promotion refund

If your first promotion's views or followers come in at least 50% below our published estimate, we'll refund it, up to $50.

  • It must be your first promotion, with a budget of at least $30, and run to completion without being paused or ended early.
  • Ask within 7 days of the promotion finishing, at support@viryze.com.
  • Later promotions aren't covered, because their budget is spent on ads.
